This website gives you insights into the multimedia Room 28 Educational Project. It was created as part of my work as an author (book, exhibition, play, Compendia/booklets presenting the Room 28 Educational Project) and as part of the various activities with survivors from "Room 28, Girls' Home L 410, Ghetto Theresienstadt" that preceded the publication of the book Die Mädchen von Zimmer 28 (Droemer Verlag, April 2004), English edition The Girls of Room 28 (Schocken Books, N.Y.  2009) and the exhibition of the same name that was opened for the first time in September 2004. The exhibition became an international traveling exhibition.

The Room 28 Educational Project is part of Room 28 Projects. This brand-name stands for the entire project with and about "The Girls of Room 28". It is a Holocaust remembrance project as well as a cultural and educational project. The name includes the publications and media that arose from it as well as its management. The association Room 28 e.V., founded in Berlin in 2007, plays an important role as a supportive organization.
